As the employer, we take these concerns seriously and would like to address them. I am wishing the best of luck for this company, but wouldn’t be surprised if it goes out of business in the next coming years.Thank you for your feedback regarding your experience working at our store. One doesn’t like conflict, so they leave the conflict to be dealt with another owner who isn’t fit for solving any problems.

Those in the stores acted like it was a cut-throat business trying to steal sales. Whatever the case may be, impeccability didn’t show as much. I couldn’t tell if it was due to being busy with so many other problems or just lack of desire. There has always been talk to improve but no action taken. They claim that this is a “people company”, yet there’s no unity in this company. They throw product away if it isn’t perfect, which is a waste to the environment and ecosystem. Their products don’t contain the best ingredients, some are harmful to the body. Their “core values” don’t align with their actions. I have had better friends at high school manage people than some of these managers.

There was just too much drama in the business, which isn’t a good look for a company. I loved the concept of Nectar! There was definite potential at the place however, due to the poor management of the “higher-ups”, I don’t know if that potential will ever be reached. They also have this whole “family” values cult mindset that they themselves don’t even follow overall. I worked here almost 2 years and left due to horrible management, it’s too much stress for bath bombs. There’s no work/life balance - the schedule is chaotic, meaning you can close at 12am not leave til 12:30am because of cleaning and then have to open at 8:45Am. The pay was good at times but not worth your mental or physical health. Honestly, save yourself the time and energy. Fights on the sales floor over sales because commission is involved - it’s even more stressful. Lots of cliques including management having nepotism and favoritism. If you’re sick you might as well expect a write up regardless of doctors notes or even having Covid. Constantly guilt tripped and brainwashed by higher ups saying you’ll never make the money you make at Nectar somewhere else, which isn’t true. There’s no boundaries when it comes to professionalism. Management has zero idea of what they’re doing. If you have any further concerns or feedback, please do not hesitate to reach out to directly.
